How will be recoveries shared and when should I pay HKECIC the recoveries received?

All sums recovered are to be shared between HKECIC and the Policyholder, and the amount of recovery to which HKECIC is entitled is as follows:
                                                                               
Amount of recovery x Claim payment / Total indebtedness owed by the buyer to the Policyholder as at the date of claim payment

You must pay HKECIC’s as soon as practicable, and in any event not later than one month after the date of receipt of such recoveries.
