nextWhen and how should I inform HKECIC when the buyer delays payment after he accepted the goods?

My buyer/ client places orders through emails. Is it covered by HKECIC?

The content of the email orders must fulfill the policy requirements of insurable contract and relevant documents are required to prove the contractual relationship between you and the buyer. For example, a sales contract or pro-forma invoice confirmed by the buyer.
