When and how should I inform HKECIC when the buyer delays payment after he accepted the goods?

Small Business Policy (SBP) / Self-Underwritten Policy (SUP):
You must submit a case to HKECIC via “Risk Management” of EC-Reach within 5 business days when any shipment remains unpaid for more than 60 days (30 days for HKG buyer) or the buyer is or appears to be unable to pay.

Online Micro-Business Policy (OMBP):
You must submit a case to HKECIC via “Risk Management” of EC-Reach within 5 business days when any shipment remains unpaid for more than 30 days or the buyer is or appears to be unable to pay.
