– your claim is in relation to an event of loss covered under your Policy;
– you have a valid credit limit on the buyer and have declared the shipment(s) concerned;
– the contracts of sales between the buyer and yourself have been properly executed by you;
– you have taken all reasonable actions to prevent or minimize losses as required by HKECIC; and
– you have complied with all the terms and conditions of your Policy.
